Adelaide Wedding, Glen & Diana
I am really excited to share these images, as this wedding has a special story behind it. I received an email from this couple last week when they were still stuck in London and not able to fly out as planned, they were contacting me to tell me that they had strong doubts that they were not going to get here on time for their wedding. They work and live in London but planned to come to home to Adelaide to have their wedding with their family and friends.
They were quite worried at this time because there were no flights out because of the volcanic ash clouds filling the air space, and no sign of them being allowed to take off for another week. In a mad dash to get here on time for their wedding they took a train to France, hired a car and drove to Spain, and then found a flight from there to Adelaide via a few more countries, and it took them around four days to get here.
They were married at St Marys Catholic Church In North Adelaide and had their reception at Jolleys Boathouse on the river Torrens. despite a few rain showers the day was beautiful
